OUR SERVICES

Helping leaders
and organisations perform at their peak, inclusively.

We work with leaders and organisations who want neuroinclusion to strengthen performance, not sit alongside it. Our services span individual leadership, collective capability and organisation-wide solutions, designed to fit complex, real-world environments.

COACHING

Lead with confidence in complexity, without carrying it all yourself

Coaching with us is for leaders who sense there’s more performance and momentum available — for their teams and for themselves — and want to access it without burning people out.

If you’re leading neurodiverse teams in a complex organisation and aiming for your next level of impact, coaching helps you move beyond guesswork into clarity.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You’re spending too much time mediating, firefighting or smoothing things over.

  • Results depend on others stepping up, and you’re carrying the weight.

  • You’re preparing for bigger roles and want your leadership to scale with you.

  • You care about culture and performance, and don’t want to trade one for the other.

What shifts when coaching works

  • More time leading strategically, less time stuck in day-to-day people issues

  • Stronger relationships across neurodiverse teams

  • Clearer communication when the stakes are high

  • A growing reputation for leading teams that perform and feel safe

Why this coaching feels different

You work directly with Laura, a senior executive, experienced coach and neurodivergent leader. So coaching is grounded in real organisational dynamics, not idealised leadership models.

This is a partnership where you can work through live challenges, test ideas, and build momentum toward the most meaningful phase of your leadership career.

NEUROINCLUSION TRAINING

Education that sparks insight, and changes what leaders do next

Close up photo of people working in a small group during a training session

Our training is for organisations that want leaders thinking differently and acting differently, not just attending another awareness session.

These sessions challenge assumptions, sharpen understanding, and equip leaders with strategies they can use immediately in neurodiverse teams.

When training makes the biggest difference

  • You want to lift capability across groups of leaders

  • You need shared understanding without oversimplifying complexity

  • Leaders need tools they can actually use

  • You’re building momentum for broader organisational change

What leaders walk away with

  • A clearer picture of how neurodivergent talent really operates at work

  • Greater confidence leading teams with different needs and strengths

  • Strategies they can apply straight away

  • A shared frame of reference that improves leadership conversations

Why leaders rate these sessions highly

Our training is designed for leaders accountable for outcomes. It’s grounded in real organisational contexts, engaging without being gimmicky, and focused on application more than theory or compliance.

How we deliver training

We tailor delivery to your context, including:

ORGANISATIONAL SOLUTIONS

Embedding neuroinclusive performance into the way work actually gets done

Our organisational solutions focus on the systems, processes and structures that shape everyday experience, and ultimately determine whether inclusion and performance reinforce each other.

This work supports organisations to move beyond good intentions and embed capability at scale.

Where this work has greatest impact

  • You want neuroinclusion built into how the organisation runs

  • You’re navigating reform, growth or cultural change

  • You need solutions that stand up in complex, regulated environments

  • You’re accountable for workforce performance and psychosocial risk

What this work can include

  • Design sprints to develop clear neuroinclusion roadmaps

  • Uplifting recruitment, onboarding, performance and development processes

  • Establishing and supporting neuroinclusion networks

  • Strengthening leadership development programs

  • Team coaching and leader coaching circles

  • Team dynamics programs for healthy, safe peak performance

  • Hands-on implementation support

Old consulting business models can get in the bin

Laura’s background in senior client-side roles shapes how we work and where we focus.

Every engagement draws on executive-level synthesis across commercial, regulatory, governance, risk, technology, stakeholder and people considerations. You’re not handed off to junior consultants. When you work with us, senior experience is applied throughout.

We also don’t “land and expand”. Instead, we build capability as we go, involving your people through action learning, co-creation and shared tools, so progress continues long after the engagement ends.

How we work

  • Focused on lifting performance, capability and confidence

  • Grounded in the realities of complex organisations

  • Tailored to your context, constraints and ambitions

  • Co-designed with your people, not done to them
