Laura is an accredited trainer in Clarity 4D, a strengths-based framework for professional, leadership and team development.
Clarity 4D recognises there’s no single “ideal” way to lead or contribute. We use it selectively to help teams understand, combine and calibrate differences, supporting faster movement toward high performance without reinforcing neuro-normative assumptions.
